Eagle Ridge Contracting, Inc.

Eagle Ridge Contracting, Inc. was formed in 2003 in Herndon, PA. We primarily serve the central Pennsylvania region. As our business grows, we continue to expand our boundaries as well. Both our field workers and project managers have a tremendous amount of experience in various restoration techniques and waterproofing applications. We pride ourselves in our honesty and integrity, as well as being able to guide our clients through every step of the restoration process.

Key Personnel

Ted T. Fralick

Project Manager
Ted began his career in the construction industry over 25 years ago with a commercial builder. He has over 15 years of experience as a project manager, primarily in masonry restoration projects. Ted joined Eagle Ridge in 2009 as a project manager. His current responsibilities also include sales and estimating in addition to project management. Ted oversees and manages all facets of a project from the initial estimate to the submission of final close out documents.

John H. Carl

VP / Operations Manager
John has worked in the masonry and masonry restoration industry for over 35 years. He has been a member of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen in Harrisburg for most of his career. While overseeing operations, he has been responsible for scheduling, materials procurement, and managing current projects. Throughout his career, John has been exposed to a tremendous variety of types of projects. This extensive list includes masonry and concrete restoration, joint sealants, water repellents, protective coatings, and epoxy applications.

David W. Howerter

President / Project Manager
Dave has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. In 1982, he graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business Administration, majoring in Operations Management.

In 1986, Dave took a position in the construction industry for a contractor that specialized in masonry restoration and various waterproofing applications including sealants, water repellents, coatings, and below grade systems. Employed as an estimator and project manager, he was responsible for all sales-related functions in addition to managing all current projects. His primary responsibilities were scheduling and material and equipment procurement. Throughout the course of his career, he has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from all types and sizes, from small residential jobs up to multi-million dollar assignments.
